The room had a separate lounge, coffee facilities, and storage which I truly enjoyed. the hotel had a central location to Skipton market through National holidays. - the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating.

The location was marvellous and ideal: a market and convenience stores were within walking distance. Btw, the airport was 15 km away. The staff was exceptionally nice, accommodating all the time. The breakfast meal was hot and marvellous with an espresso and mushrooms, for example.

The reception was polite helpful and friendly. we had booked it as a staging post for a visit to our Grandaughter who is at Leeds Uni, and we would certainly consider using it again and recommending it to others.

Room was a good size even though it was advertised as small. Bathroom was good. Overall good value.
Payment was asked for on arrival rather than at checkout which is more customary.

Good value for money. The hotel was a little dated but comfortable and friendly staff.
We felt that for this hotel the restaurant prices seemed a litlle expensive, hence we ate out for our evening meal. Breakfast was excellent but don't ask for fryed or poached eggs at the weekend.
